- Welcome to 2021 new build luxury home w/community pool & 24hr security. We value a good nights sleep. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, black out curtains and low noise mini split heating and cooling unit. Sleeps 9 people comfortably. 5 minute drive to beach, 8 minutes away from downtown Rosarito (Papas and Beer), 12 minutes from Puerto Nuevo, 47 minutes from wineries. We can provide transportation as well. We are very familiar with local eaterys. Can't wait to share with our guests.
