LUXURIOUS 3BR LAS OLAS CONDO/12TH FLOOR/ROSARITO

This Oceanfront Apartment/Condo offers 3 bedroom/2 bath, located on the 12th floor. With a living space of 2,000 sqft to enjoy. The condo is completely furnished with an ocean-style theme. The living area opens to a large balcony with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Also, we have a large 50 inch Smart TV to enjoy Netflix. For sleeping arrangements, the bedrooms the master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, attached to its private bathroom with a jetted tub to relax. The guest bedroom has two comfortable queen-size beds to enjoy. The third bedroom has two single beds. A guest bathroom is shared in the hallway. You can have extra bedding in the living room like the couch to sleep an additional guest.

As guests, you will have access to multiple resort-style amenities like a beach-style entrance infinity pool, an adult-only infinity pool, and a pool bar. We have multiple jacuzzis on our grounds with a private lounge area to sit at while relaxing next to the jacuzzi. You can work out in our oceanfront gym that has amazing views. Our location is right next to the famous Calafia Hotel.

We enjoyed family time together at this condo and the wonderful views. Communication with the property manager could have been better. The condo was not equipped with enough supplies (towels, utensils, etc) for our group and we had some issues with the plumbing and electrical that were not addressed. Also, one of the bedrooms is listed as having two beds when in fact it only has one queen. We would love to stay here again if these issues could be fixed.
