Michela 4 by Theater Home, with private garden and lake view

  • The apartment Michela 4 is located in Tignale (Prabione), in a panoramic and quiet position at ca. 6 km from the lake. Furnished with tasteful furniture and attention to detail, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo thanks to its furnished balcony.

    At 200 m there is the municipal swimming pool, free for our customers, the Centro Visitatori Parco Alto Garda where you can admire the history of Lake Garda, a restaurant and a bar.

    In a few minutes you reach the centre of Gardola where there are restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and a doctor.

    The apartment is a three-room apartment of about 110 square meters that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the historic centre, Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. On the basement there are another bedroom with double bed and a second bathroom with shower. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a microwave, a toaster, a German coffee machine, sponge kit and dish detergent, Wi-Fi in every room and an uncovered parking space.



    Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5 per person for towels and € 8 per person for bed linen.



    Toilet paper, washing-up liquid, soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.



    Sport and health: outdoor pool 200 m away, tennis court 1 km away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Great accomodation!

Large two-story apartment with a grass terrace, peaceful and quiet environment, wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Great agency staff explained us everything details of accomodation including detailed description of journey to appartement.

Klasse

Die Unterkunft, die Lage sowie das Preisverhältnis... man kann es nicht anders sagen als: Klasse. Wir waren begeistert. Auch das kleine Örtchen mit dem tollen Schwimmbad ist nur zu empfehlen. Restaurants sind in wenigen Fahrminuten (ca. 2min) im Nachbarort zu erreichen. Auch für die Hobbyläufer bietet sich hier ein sehr schöner Weg mit toller Aussicht auf den Gardasee an. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung Michela 4

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber, die Lage toll, sensationelle Aussicht auf den Monte Baldo. Die Einrichtung ist im typisch italienischem Stil, die Ausstattung umfangreiche und liebevoll dekoriert. Tolle neue Gartenliegen in denen man die tolle Aussicht wirklich genießen kann. Da in dem Haus nur 4 Ferienwohnungen sind, ist ein ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt möglich. Das 2. Zimmer mit separatem Bad liegt zwar im Untergeschoss nur mit Lichtschacht, ist dafür aber sehr geräumig. Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr eng, das sollte man beachten. Ein 2. Mülleimer für den Biomüll wäre wünschenswert.

Tranquillità, cura dell'arredamento, giardino ben attrezzato, visuale, bagno comodo, ospitalità, gentilezza, posizione..... Le zanzariere lo renderebbero un alloggio perfetto!
