Puglia Salento luxury villa with swimming pool and hydro spa. a few km from leuca

Puglia - Private villa with private pool, close to the sea and olive groves

10/10 Excellent

"From the moment I arrived, the kindness and thoughtfulness of Antonio and Assunta were amazing - thank you for looking after me, your advice and kind offers. The villa itself was in a beautiful and tranquil location, with everything you could need. There was even a roof terrace with a beautiful view down to the sea. The large garden area had lots of different areas to sit outside and enjoy, including a pond and rockery which Antonio had built himself. The seafront and beach at Torre Vado could be reached on foot (about 2km downhill on quiet roads) - a great place to go for a swim, to eat or for a drink. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and some wine to welcome me. It was a great location from which to explore the coastline - Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and only an hour from the beautiful city of Lecce which was well worth a day trip. Some great recommendations for places to eat from Antonio and places to visit.Antonio was always available for help or questions, but was also discreet and careful not to disturb. Very kind hosts and a truly beautiful place to stay for ten days.Grazie mille per tutti !"

"We enjoyed our stay and would come again. The villa was 100% private and there were so many views to the sea. It has a rustic feel and beautiful stone and had all essentials needed. Luigi does not speak English but we were able to communicate via translation with no problem."

Corte Janca

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem in Salento Our stay at Corte Janca was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. The property is beautifully maintained, combining authentic local charm with modern comfort. Our room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the stunning beaches, towns, and countryside of Salento. Every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered. What truly makes Corte Janca special is the people. Massimo is outstanding, always friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations that helped us experience the very best of the region. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and excellent facilities created the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Waking up each morning and enjoying breakfast in such lovely surroundings was a highlight of our trip. Corte Janca is one of those rare places that exceeds expectations in every way. It offers the perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and hospitality, leaving us with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. We cannot recommend it highly enough and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Salento. Thank you to everyone at Corte Janca for making our stay so memorable. ❤️"

SAN GREGORIO VILLA WITH SECULAR OLIVE GROVE, GARDEN, PORCH AND PRIVATE POOL

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely wonderful villa , the pool was amazing - exactly as seen in the photos if not better . Clean and all you need , beds were comfortable. Surrounded by olive trees , completely tranquil. Host was very responsive and check in was easy . 35 minute walk into the nearest non commercialised town to either side . An absolutely beautiful part of Italy and idilic villa. Just a note - We hadn’t hired a car which was a mistake with hindsight as the walk into the town was ok but all up hill coming back ."
