"I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. "

"I never write bad reviews however I feel like I need to warn others- this place was so bad that we didn't stay our second night even though we didn't get a refund, and we had to get a driver to take us somewhere else and pay for another hotel. It was not clean, the service was terrible, and there were signs in one of the public bathrooms on the property with signs containing sexual innuendos and one about masturbation. I was so disturbed for my kids to see that and I just wanted to get out of...

"This is an option you should go for only if you have no other hotels available. Booked two rooms for a night and called 10 days in advance asking for rooms to be next to each other. Hotel confirmed that to be the case. Once we arrive at the property the rooms are not together and the front desk couldn’t do anything as the hotel was fully booked (wonder how?). Tea service takes 2-3 reminders to arrive. Nothing available after 10 PM, we needed some warm milk for my 2 year old but they couldn’t...

It is a vast property with many Adventures activities like Zip - lining, Archery, swimming pool, Burma Bridge, Campfire etc. Rooms are Air conditioned and they have luxury tents too around the swimming pool. And, that's the only option offered with no A-la-carte menu. No room service on offer. Anything you need in the room, you actually have to walk all the way to the top where the reception is."

"Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....
