"I have booked this room for my daughter for her first night stay after wedding. Approaching road is horrible. Even after my special request to little décor the room they have just provide with cake and welcome card. Total 8 rooms are there they didn't serve the dinner in room after special request. "The property gives a fantastic impression at first glance from the pictures on expedia, but the reality is quite disappointing. The pool area gets extremely noisy, and I even had to change my room because of it. The staff, while polite, lack the professionalism and attentiveness expected in the hotel industry. They seemed laid-back and often passed responsibility for even simple requests. Overall, my short stay was far from pleasant."
