"Bliss Hoi An is a beautiful property with the perfect name. It truly is “bliss” staying here. My bedroom was stunning with beautiful toiletries and all the amenities you’d need. The pool, the grounds, the spa, the restaurant - all excellent. The courtesy bus into Hoi An was great and the timings were ideal. My only negative is the staff on the front desk. Every encounter I had with them I found them to be unfriendly and they couldn’t wait to finish their dealings with me. This was very disappointing as the staff in every other area of the resort were superb. I wouldn’t hesitate however to recommend this resort. "

"The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I think that we were the only two guests that night, as there were no other guests at dinner, at the amazing pool, or at breakfast the next morning. Speaking of, the à la carte breakfast was excellent: freshly prepared, good sized portions, and what seemed like fresh local fruit."

All facilities are available—either included in the booking package or offered for hire. The free breakfast buffet was unforgettable, with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits for every taste.
