"Clean and nicely decorated room. However no ac so was unbearable in this current heat wave. Would have thought a modern building would have in place. There was a fan but limited ventilation in room."

A shame about my shower control falling apart and an extractor unit that looked as though it had seen better days.
In the heat, the air conditioning in the room was excellent and very welcome. It would have been nice if it had operated throughout the hotel.

"Another great stay at the New Forest Lodge - super convenient for a pre-cruise stay. Rooms are well appointed and great value, the Indian restaurant next door and a pub up the road is a bonus."
"The hotel was clean and the rooms were larger than I had expected. Plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and check in and out we're very quick.
The aircon in our room didn't work and the mattress wasn't luxurious but the hotel was great value for money"
