"A beautiful well-taken home that was thoroughly enjoyed by our family! There was a lot of things for our family to do in this area of Nova Scotia. The breath taking views were loved by all and will be remembered for a very long time. The host was easily reached and very accommodating"

"The view was priceless. You can really relax on the terrace while watching the tides and the beautiful sunsets. The access to the water via the stairs is a particular highlight, especially for the kids. Thanks to the large window front, there was also a wonderful view while dining and from the gallery.However, light-sensitive guests should use the lower bedroom with blackout blinds for sleeping. The apartment was very clean, and the furnishings largely matched the photos. However, the TV and kitchen appliances—especially the dishwasher—are in need of an update.Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing stay."

"The cottage was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The host communicated well beforehand and we were able to find the cottage easily with the directions given. Diane checked on us throughout our visit to make sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend the "cozy cottage"!"

"Very nice property with eclectic mix of modern touches and antique pieces. The kitchen is large and well stocked with pots and pans, etc. The view is outstanding and the yard is spacious with nice garden. Overall, a very good experience."

"The location was really good, especially for travelling between Digby and Yarmouth. The house was very clean and quite spacious. Had no issues whatsoever. It was nice to have a booklet left on the coffee table with suggestions of places to visit in thecarea as well as the house rules. Great communication with our host, I would definitely stay again."

"The cottage really out did the photos. It felt like home immediately, only with Great Lake views from every window. My first thought was I wonder if they’d like to sell this place! Jacques is a great host and responded right away to questions and took care of all our needs. Suggested a local farmers market, restaurants and even gave us a jar of his pickled bar clams. Super guy and host."
