"Downtown San Francisco... The whole city is a little rough. Not the Hotel's fault. FOUND was top notch for the area. Rooms were above average in terms of cleanliness and amenities, but not really any frills. It was what I was looking for and what I expected. I wouldn't second-guess staying here again."

"Located near Pier 39 so was close to attractions, tours, eateries and transport. The waterfront was a hive of activity with lots of shopping available."

"Every staff member was extremely accommodating and efficient, and there were always plenty of staff to serve behind the desk or as bellman, whatever was needed. We had a poolside room, very large and comfortable and super clean. The air conditioning was apparently not functioning in our wing but since high temps were in the 60’s didn’t matter but as compensation they gave us nice grab and go breakfast boxes every day. I was trying to print a map of the zoo in the business center but when I couldn’t make it print, the desk clerk did 2 copies from her computer. The location is a half a block from Union Square so very convenient and safe area"
