Everything was really clean. We were there a week so needed a few extra things which were provided immediately. The only difficulty was the internet, which went in and out - both from the lodging's wifi and on our mobile data on our cell phones. I think it is because the location is a bit lower than the surroundings. Apart from that frustration (which they tried to address by restarting the internet), we loved this place. "

"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

"It was supposed to be a 2 bedroom apartment but was a one bedroom apartment. The shower drained very slow and flooded the bathroom. The refrigerator was very loud. When I called the owner she told me the living room counts as bedroom, which not correct."

What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite.
