The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and had a great two nights of sleep. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety. The promenade was walking distance and convenient. The GM and Kim front desk manager were very good and helpful. Our tour guide had an accident and had to cancel one room on the first day. The hotel were very kind and forgave the charge for the first day and gave me a further discount for the second day. They did not have to do that, but the hotel went over and above and beyond the call of service. This is service at its best.

The room was clean and a beautiful view. Nice pool. The buffet breakfast was full of choices and really good. Only thing is parking was a hassle and you have to pay to get down to beach. It was in a good location too.

I booked this hotel after seeing many positive reviews and was really looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match what I expected. When I arrived, the lobby wasn’t very clean, but I hoped the room would be better. Sadly, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, a clogged toilet, and dirty furniture. I spoke with the front desk, and the manager kindly offered to show me another room, but that one had similar issues. He then told me I could cancel and receive a full refund, which I agreed to. I was told the refund would take up to 14 days, but after waiting, nothing came through. When I called to follow up, it was difficult to reach the right person, and I was disconnected several times. Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my bank, and the dispute was approved. However, a few weeks later, my bank reversed the refund because the hotel did not agree to issue it. Overall, I was disappointed — not only by the room conditions, but also by how the situation was handled afterward. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both cleanliness and communication with guests.

Really unfriendly staff except for the woman who checked me in. Facility is old and run down, does not match the Leonardo stereotype. The breakfast was fine but when I went to go make an Omlette the chef let 4 people cut in front of me claiming I was not there first!! He had me waiting 15 min and at that point I gave up. Just overall terrible experience. At night my neighbor was smoking and slamming their door closed until 6 am… kids made up a big part of this hotel and with that came lots of noise. I will never come back to this motel i am

Terrific Experience!

We had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel Tiberias - the rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel staff were very helpful, and we truly enjoyed our Shabbat dinner at the hotel! Easy to walk to the promenade at the lake and into downtown.
