Living Room with sofa bed and 50'' Smart TV leads out onto the Balcony with seating area, overlooking pools and views out towards sea.
Bedroom with Juliette balcony looking out to Montaña Blanca, wardrobe, a safe deposit box and a bathroom with waterfall shower. Hairdryer.
Beautiful apartment! very clean and modern as shown in pictures. Fully equipped. Very convenient location at start of Puerto del Carmen, 10 mins from Airport. The Beach is a short walk (5 minutes) directly from Club Guacimeta. You’ll not struggle for space on these long, idyllic and clean Blue Flag beaches. The beachfront is lined with restaurants, shops and coffee shops. There's a Kid’s playground and a Street Work-out gym.
In the immediate area alone there is a plethora of Bars & Restaurants offering a selection traditional or modern cuisine – Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Tapas. There are several small supermarkets in the area. The livelier strip of Nightclubs and yet more Bars & Restaurants, Shops and Boutiques is a short, cheap taxi or bus ride away or if you prefer, a very pleasant stroll along the longest promenade in Europe!
Matagorda is ideal for Cycling & Walking and the front is pedestrianised with new walkways and separate cycle lanes. Tennis & Padel Tennis and Bike hire is also available in the area and Golf is nearby. Not that it's needed but the complex plans to have a Restaurant opened in late August 2023.

Lanzarote carries the reputation of being the most sophisticated of the Canary Islands and offers a lot in culture and art. César Manrique the famous Spanish painter, sculptor, architect and artist changed the Island with his imagination and vision. Just search online and you’ll find out!
Highly recommended is Wine Tours Lanzarote’s Vineyard Tour or Wine & Craft Beer Tours starting from right outside the door!

The apartment is located within a residential complex, with apartments on the ground or upper floor. The Apartment is on the upper floor with easy access stairs (about 14 steps). Club Guacimeta is private and relaxing.

Entry is by key code and offers a shared swimming pool only for guests at Club Guacimeta.

NOT FAMILIAR WITH MATAGORDA AREA?
Matagorda, like the island of Lanzarote is a very safe destination with a laid-back, casual vibe. It is extremely clean with easy walking access to Beach, Bars, Restaurants and Boutiques. Trouble-free access for those with poor mobility, offering excellent accessibility and ramps, families with prams and young children. The entire area is set-up in a new pedestrianised zone with cycle lanes running alongside. The Matagorda area is set out with pleasant and level cactus parks to walk through, and sculpture art and sand art to admire.
Car access is available straight to the door at Guacimeta. There is a Taxi Rank a few minutes' walk away and there is also a cheap and regular bus service. Matagorda also has several Cycle Hire and Car Hire outlets.
