Independent chalet of 152 m² on 3 levels, located on a sunny hillside in the Arve valley. High-end amenities and contemporary chalet-style interior, south-facing.



Ground floor: entrance with storage, laundry room, large double garage with fast charging station for electric vehicles (available for an extra fee).

1st floor: fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (TV, corner sofa, fireplace), bedroom 1 "Le Môle" with 160x200 cm bed, private bathroom, separate WC.

2nd floor: bedroom 2 "Pointe d'Orchex" with two 90x200 cm beds (can be joined as a 180 cm bed on request), bedroom 3 "Col de Cenise" with two 90x200 cm beds (joinable on request), private bathroom, bedroom 4 "Pic de Jallouvre" with two 90x200 cm beds (joinable on request), bathroom and separate WC.



Outside: courtyard, south- and east-facing balcony and terraces with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong table, deckchairs, and spa under a bioclimatic pergola. Panoramic electric sauna (capacity 3-4 people). Wifi internet access.



Towels and bed linen included (beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning included. Underfloor heating and cooling (reversible heat pump).



All shops 1.5 km away. Grand Massif ski resort accessible via Morillon or Les Carroz cable cars at 18 km (20 minutes by car). Agy nordic area (cross-country skiing, hiking) at 12 km. Portes du Soleil ski resort accessible via Les Gets cable car at 20 km (25 minutes).



Within 45 minutes by car: Annecy, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Lake Geneva (Yvoire, Excenevex beach) and Geneva. Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) at 28 km. Nearby: Lake Thyez (summer swimming, fishing), hiking trails.

Wunderschönes Haus

Pros: Es war alles sehr schön. Wir konnten uns richtig gut erhollen. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber. Der aussenbereich war auch sehr sauber. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dort ferien machen. Es hat sich gelohnt. Es fehlt einem nichts. Das Haus erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Auch die Gast geber waren super, es wurde alles super erklärt und wir konnten uns jeder Zeit bei ihnen Melden wenn wir was hatten.
