"Un accès difficile aux chambres quand on a des difficultés physique.
Le "monte charge" était défectueux...
Incompréhensible
Pas de télé sans la chambre.
65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance.
Pas de restaurant a proximité.
Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent.
Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix.
Pour finir sur une note positive, l'accueil est bien, les chambres sont neuves mais...

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "
