About this property

Family-friendly house in the ski and hiking area, dogs welcome!

  • Our detached and well-maintained house was built by my grandparents early 60s, is quietly located on a hill about 300 meters above village of Thuringia / Vorarlberg with stunning views of the Rätikon.
    Now we have free Internet access via WiFi for our guests.
    The upper floors has 3 bedrooms. The large double bed (on request with a cot) that 2nd & 3rd each two single beds. Downstairs is a cozy room with tiled stove, dining table (from which you have also a magnificent view of the mountains), sofa, WiFi, TV & Hifi. The quality Einbachküche is new and fully equipped. The bathroom we have completely renovated 2015th There is a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
    Outside waits a large garden with terrace & balcony, ideal for playing or sunbathing.
    Dishwasher and washing machine are also among the amenities, such as highchair.
    Many shops i. D. Region: Mall Zimba Park in Bürs, supermarket in town, historic old town in Feldkirch.


    Winter: -. Many ski areas for beginners to expert: in about 25 minutes drive away Located eg Damüls, the Brandner valley or Faschina.
    The ski bus there stops near the house on the main road. and is free in ski clothing!
    In about 35 minutes to reach the Silvretta Montafon, in 45 minutes you are in Lech by car.
    - Ski school for children on fire about 20 minutes travel time by car
    - Indoor swimming pool with sauna paradise Valblue in Bludenz about 10 minutes driving time
    - Toboggan run at Golm

    Notes for summer :: - Outdoor swimming pools in Bludenz and Nenzing

Relaxing stay, with beautiful views

We loved our stay at Andreas place. Its a lovely home with great views. Great local lake swimming a short walk from the house. Easy check in and communication with Andreas too. We would definitley stay here again.

Lovely cottage, beautiful location, very helpful host and welcoming support from the neighbours.

It was just what we wanted. A break in the Alps, close to Damüls, in a quiet, green / white location far away from hustle and bustle. Nice walk to an impressive waterfall nearby. All in all, warm, cosy and just perfect.

Very homey place!

My family and I stayed here for a 6 day ski holiday. It is in a quiet area on a hillside just above the little town. The views across the valley are breathtaking. Everything (groceries, pharmacy, etc.) is close by. The ski areas are abundant and very close as well (from 10 to 39 minutes). The house is an old family house which is full of family pictures and art. The house has all the little things in the kitchen which make your stay easy.... salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, tea.....also things for kids (puzzles, games, and toys). We will be back sometime to this lovely place!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Blick

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderbar gemütlichen, ganz persönlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus, in dem wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Die Nähe zu diversen unterschiedlichen Skigebieten war für uns perfekt und der Blick in die Berge einfach grandios! Für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist das Haus vielleicht etwas zu klein (vor allem wegen des „nur“ einen Bades), aber das ist ja auch irgendwie „Geschmacksache“. Wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen!

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit viel Charme. Das Objekt hat einen Ausblick, der einen den Alltag vergessen lässt. Nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn, die einem den einen oder anderen Tipp geben, was man unternehmen könnte. Wir haben uns dort vom ersten Augenblick unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Leider mussten wir nach 2 Tagen abbrechen, da meine Frau schlimme Zahnschmerzen bekommen hat. Mit Hund perfekt!!! Mit Liebe eingerichtet, alles da , was man so braucht! Traumhafte Location!!

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub!

Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem wirklich mit viel Liebe eingerichtetem Haus genossen. Der Tag startete mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Bergpanorama Vorarlbergs! Danach konnte man sich für einen der vielen Wanderwege entscheiden oder gemütlich am naheliegenden Weiher chillen. Was bei Reisen mit Teenagern auch nicht zu verachten ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war mit meiner Patentochter um dem Hund da. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir hatten regnerische Tage und waren sehr froh, dass der Kachelofen warm war. Der war übrigens mein absoluter Lieblingsplatz.

Super leuk huis in een prachtige omgeving!

Het is alsof je terug gaat in de tijd, het huis heeft allemaal mooie details, beschilderde kasten, gezellige hoeken. Je kan met je rug tegen de muur van de kachel zitten, knus en warm. De sfeer in het hele huis is gezellig. Alles wat je nodig hebt en meer is aanwezig. Keukenspullen, knusse dekentjes, wasrek met knijpers en dan nog alles wat je niet bedacht had. Je kan na10 minuten lopen heel mooi langs de waterval wandelen. Er is ontzettend mooi uitzicht vanuit het huis en vanuit de tuin. En de lieve vrouw die schoonmaakt woont twee huizen verderop. Ze kwam zich even voorstellen, vroeg netjes of ze het gras mocht maaien, legde de afvalscheiding uit. Voor vragen konden we bij haar terecht. We voelden ons heel erg welkom. Iets om even op te letten, de bovenverdieping heeft een soort tapijt dat niet lekker aan je voeten voelt. Er zijn slofjes aanwezig, maar in de zomer beter even slippers meenemen. De verwarming is een oliekachel met roosters in bija alle kamers. Dat is erg warm. De lucht is niet heel prettig als je astma hebt. Verder zijn alle dekbedden en de meeste kussens met dons. (Even wat meenemen als je daar allergisch voor bent) Maar we hebben het geweldig gehad en vonden het jammer om weg te gaan.

Alles in allem super!

Die Hütte ist schön gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist echt alles da. Die Heizung und Fenster sind etwas antiquiert aber funktionsfähig. Nette Kommunikation mit Vermieter und den sehr freundlichen Haussittern. Alles in allem Super! Wir kommen wieder!

Wohlfühlen am Eingang zum Großen Walsertal

Wir, zwei Personen und ein kleiner Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche und Bad neu und TipTop, Stube und Zimmer urgemütlich. Lage ist herrlich.

gemütliches Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit Bestaussicht

Mit großer Freude verbrachten wir zwei erholsame Wochen Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus. Es liegt sehr ruhig am oberen Ortsrand in einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße. Im Garten genießt man eine weite Panoramasicht aufs Bergmassiv. Das Haus ist gemütlich und komplett ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Praktisch fanden wir den Gartentisch unter dem großen Dachüberstand, den man deshalb auch bei Regen geschützt nutzen konnte. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, wo man sich eindecken kann. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Ein schöner Urlaub!

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Garten und die Loggia ein Traum. Der Stil der Inneneinrichtung ist eher altmodisch aber trotzdem stilvoll. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Preis - Leistung = Top.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage!

Herrliche Tage in einem herrlichen Haus! Wir ( Ehepaar mit Hund) kennen das Große Walsertal schon viele Jahre und sind nach zehn Jahren nun wieder in diese Gegend gereist für vier Tage Kurzurlaub. Diese verbrachten wir in Thüringen im Ferienhaus von Herrn Möller und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus mit persönlichem Charme! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in einem besonderem Haus!

Der Urlaub war wie immer sehr schön. Besonders die täglichen Besuche von Nachbarshund Max waren sehr amüsand. Unsere Hündin Mia und Max waren schwer verliebt und verhalfen uns auch wirklich lieben Kontakt zur Nachbarin Andrea. Einen Kritikpunkt hätten wir jedoch: es wäre schön, wenn es auch Allergiker-Bettwäsche geben würde. Das Federbettzeug ist für Allergiker nicht ganz so prickelnd.
