Lean back and relax – at the Brandnerhus, a place where alpine clarity, natural materials and genuine Brandner hospitality meet.

When building the house, conscious emphasis was placed on local materials such as wood and stone. The owners as well as the tourism operator grew up in Brand and have known the valley since childhood. This deep rootedness in the region characterises the Brandnerhus – tangible in the atmosphere, in the style and in the personal interaction with our guests.



Equipment

The spacious, modern and at the same time cosy holiday apartment in alpine style offers space for up to eight people and is ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy time together while still valuing privacy.



The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Two bedrooms offer comfortable double beds and quiet retreats. The third bedroom is designed as a high-quality bunk bed room. Made of solid wood, with warm natural tones and clear lines, protected sleeping areas are created that are particularly popular with children and teenagers, while also conveying a sense of security to adults.



The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and let the day end at the large dining table. The balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Brandner mountain panorama – a place for quiet mornings and relaxed evenings. In the cosy seating area, it is wonderful to switch off, read or simply enjoy the silence.



A special highlight of the Brandnerhus is the wellness area on the ground floor. Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath ensure soothing relaxation after active days in the mountains. The bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors invites you to pause between sauna sessions. Fresh, untreated Brandner spring water from the in-house well refreshes body and mind. Massages are gladly possible upon request.



The Brandnerhus also proves to be practical: A drying room for ski and outdoor clothing with shoe warmers and a separate ski and bicycle room are available.



Specialities

For a delightful start to the day, a small farm shop with regional quality products is available in the house. The selection in self-service refrigerators is complemented by a bookable bread roll service from a regional master baker.



Lage

Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, an extensive network of hiking trails, alpine summit experiences, golf course, riding opportunities, bathing lake, climbing garden, bike park, numerous alpine pastures and the Lünersee, which is under nature and landscape protection, invite you to varied days.

In winter, Brand delights with a family-friendly ski area, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails and diverse leisure activities. Spring and late autumn stand for tranquillity, expansiveness and a particularly high recreation factor.

The location near the valley station of the Palüd cable car, just a few steps from the house, makes the Brandnerhus the ideal starting point for mountain and winter sports enthusiasts. The valley run is considered the most beautiful and at the same time the most snow-sure in the entire Brandner Valley.
