"The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had many things you might have forgotten. Quiet area and the houses on either side were not too close. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed the Elk sleeping and eating in the yard. The river can be heard and seen just off the back deck. We spent lots of time there.Restaurants and shopping were just down the street from the house.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in Ruidoso, NMHost was prompt with any questions we had before we arrived. We were sent specific directions to the house, which was very helpful."
"The hotel has been going through a remodeling process. The 2nd floor was basically under construction. The fitness center, swimming pool and all other amenities on the first floor were being used to store construction materials. There was no patio area for lounging outside. There was no bench or any other seating area in front of the hotel so if a person was waiting for a ride there was no place to sit. As for the remodel process, we were on the 3rd floor which I guess had been completed. The bathroom vanity was nice with multiple electric outlets. The shower had what appeared to be newly install tiles. However, when they did the shower and tub area it was void of any shelving or locations to place personal shower accessories. The breakfast that was served was not too enticing. The eggs appeared to be powdered, the sausage patties were okay but the hash browns were not very good. Cereal selection was Cheerios, Fruit Loops or Graham Cracker cereal, basically Kids Stuff. I never checked out the oatmeal so ???? We probably will not stay at this hotel again. However, the staff was courteous and were very helpful when I needed special assistance."
"Loved this place! We stayed in the Eagle cabin and to our surprise it’s extremely spacious. Perfect get away with our pup. Close to everything. Just park once and enjoy your stay. Definitely will book again."

"Very inviting Home and great communication from Veronica. Everything you need in the kitchen. It’s perfect for a family and perfect location as well. Nice areas to sit outside and enjoy your coffee or evening. The two separate bathrooms also work very well."
