"The staff are amazing, the morning breakfast was excellent. The negative comes from the property itself, Our toilet was barely operational and ran all night. At one point we had to have it snaked and cleared. Grout fell out of the grout joints, and we booked the stay specifically for the well advertised hot tub which is broke and apparently been broke for a long time."

"At first the property was strange because it's under a remodel. However, when I got to the room it was totally remodeled! The pool was ice cold to beat the heat. The location of the hotel is right next to the downtown area. Overall it was a great stay!"

"This is our new favorite cabin in Ruidoso. Location was perfect, close to town but private. We enjoyed the porch and quietness. The cabin was the perfect getaway for a reset weekend. Host responded to questions in minutes. Definitely recommend this place."

"Property is a little old and dated but in good repair for the most part. Rooms were clean and staff was absolutely excellent! We really enjoyed our room and stay overall and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was typical but the eggs were gross. I didn’t eat much. Waffles were good, wish they’d had real butter."

"If you're looking for a private and cozy place to stay in Ruidoso, this is definitely the place! The cabins are very private and perfectly located, with grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions just a short drive away. The cabin was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was fully equipped with dishes, a grill, microwave, oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and much more. They really thought of everything, so there was never a need to ask for anything extra. One of the things we loved the most was the easy and convenient check-in process. All the information was provided by phone, so there was no need for an in-person check-in, making our stay even more private, smooth, and convenient. There is also a shared barbecue area where guests can enjoy cooking outdoors. We loved having a cookout and enjoying our meals on the balcony while taking in the peaceful natural surroundings. The property is located among beautiful trees, and during our stay, we had the opportunity to see hummingbirds and deer up close, which made the experience even more special. There is also a lovely creek across the street that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The cabin was spotless, and amenities such as the hot tub, fireplace, and TV made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend these cabins and would definitely stay here again!"
