" This was my husband and my first time visiting Shelter Island and I feel lucky that my stay was at the House of ChaseCreek. Bill was excellent in helping us navigate our stay on the Island which made for an enjoyable experience. The house was charming , very clean , and had easy access to the town restaurant s, and Ferry. Highly recommend ! "

"We were able to access many beaches with the beach pass that came with the stay. That was the main reason we wanted to stay there. The rooms were very nice, spacious and comfortable.

Welcome to your serene escape in East Hampton! 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms with AC
8/10 Good
"This home has great potential, though a few details still need attention. There were no shampoo or extra garbage bags when we arrived, but the host quickly arranged to have them brought over, which we appreciated. The washer and dryer weren’t fully operational, and the two extra bedrooms didn’t have nightstand lamps. In the master, one of the two lamps was missing a bulb. The outdoor patio and pool area looked lovely, though we didn’t use them since it was too cold during our stay. Overall, the house could be wonderful with a few touches to make it feel warmer and more inviting. The ceiling lights are very bright white, and without softer lamps, the lighting felt a bit harsh. Also, the thermostat was set to 61F when we arrived in the fall, which made the house quite chilly at first. That said, the host was very kind and responsive, and I’m confident they’ll address these small issues to make future stays even better."
