- Quintessential Hamptons home in a private beach community. Spacious 4 to 5 bedroom home just a short walk to a private beach on Gardiners Bay, with spectacular sunsets and private marina. Light, bright and airy, this home features 4 bedrooms with extra large master bedroom and en-suite bath. Family room can be used as a 5th bedroom or playroom. Includes 3 full bathrooms, large living room with 10’ ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Dining area has seating for 8 - 10 adults with sliding glass doors to outdoor deck, perfect of entertaining. Open concept kitchen with all top of the line dish-ware, utensils and appliances. Kitchen overlooks a large backyard with large windows and a washer/dryer on the first floor.
Property is beautiful landscaped, fully fenced with large pool (heated for an extra fee), spa hot tub open all year, outdoor shower and additional pool fence. Pirate ship playground, trampoline and basketball net make this the perfect home for families. Home is equipped with central A/C, four flat screen TV's with Wifi, Apple TV, Sonos Sound System throughout the house and on the deck.
