"We had a family room with 2 bathrooms. There were lots of restaurants right by the hotel and this was a great place to sleep before heading out to the highlands."

"We booked a room with a private bathroom, the room was clean and had all the basic morning needs; kettle, tea, instant coffee and sugar. The bathroom was recently updated, it was well done and served us well. We got there on a Saturday and were informed about their live band playing in the bar that night, our room was at the back so we were not disturbed by it. A nice spot to bed down on our road trip."

"Very tastefully furnished apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is very central. The road directly in front of the house is not disturbing at night. There are excellent transport links, with the train station less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get to Glasgow. The bus services also provide convenient access to other areas. There are good restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet residential building and includes an underground parking space."

"Beautiful cottage both inside and in its location. Outside of the town centre, it was still close enough to walk to the local Co-op for supplies and into the town for access to the River Leven & Loch Lomond and the train station. I loved sitting outside next to the burn with a cup of tea in a morning, listening to the soothing sounds of the water and birdsong. Fiona, the host, was wonderfully welcoming and it was an idyllic home for our few days in Balloch."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The property has an incredible castle-like feel that made our trip feel truly unique and memorable. It was the perfect fit for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.The atmosphere was wonderful, and the location couldn't have been better. We were within walking distance of restaurants and bars, while also being surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was easy to access the main road, and grocery stores were conveniently nearby, making everything simple and stress-free.What really set this stay apart was the communication from the hosts. It was, without question, some of the best communication we have ever experienced with any vacation rental. Every question was answered promptly, and everything was clearly explained from start to finish.This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. A experience!"
