"Was nothing like the photos - unclean and run down"

"For a 5 star hotel breakfast was not on point. It was a hot plate option. Dog friendly hotel but that does not mean dogs should be on seats. This was like a 5 star butlins. This hotel lives on a name. "

"The apartment is beautifully finished; good bedlinen, comfy bed, roomy fridge and classy touches everywhere. We’d noticed there was no can-opener and the owner kindly brought one the next day. Sofa could be more comfy and the people before us did a really bad job of their washing up. The only thing I really objected to was the up to 10 day delay before getting our £200 deposit back. Not acceptable. Should be able to inspect and return deposit on the day of departure. "

The location was perfect multiple grocery stores within 5 minute drive. Easy convenient access to the main road that led to multiple vacation hotspots. Was so nice to have a home like space to crash after long days of traveling and exploring Scotland. 10/10 would rent again. "
