"It was a very old hotel with unique features. Only stayed 1 night, which was fine. If you are staying longer you might want something a little more updated and comfortable. Location was great to explore the city!"

"Didn't use laundry service. Breakfast was ok, but worst coffee I had in 14 Italian cities. Also, Expedia stated 1 adult, 1 room which is what I wanted. At check in the staff scrolled way down in the reservation where it said one bed in 8 bed dorm. I felt deceived."
