Very comfortable property and close to the falls! This is our second time booking with Globalstay and as usual, very worth it, especially if youre staying as a family. The property was very clean and tidy and had all the necessities. Will definitely book with them again.

The townhouse was clean and very comfortable. The fire alarm chirping because of dead battery. You had to dispose of your garbage or 35 dollars from the security deposit, which I had trouble with.

Our stay was AMAZING and I would totally do it again! It was very easy to communicate with the agency and they are very thorough as well. Check in is easy and you also get some instructions to help you with your stay. The house was beautiful and very comfortable, made me feel like a local in a quaint little neighborhood! Until next time!

The property is modern, clean and very well kept. We had a party of 5 w the sister-in-law and nephew from Taiwan visiting Canada and the falls for the first time. I let them rate the residence and they loved the spaciousness considering one lives in a doorman apartment and the other out of a student housing. So yeah they were quite impressed and this gave the nephew the incentive to work harder to aspire to purchasing his own house one day. Definitely worth every penny if you don’t need to stay in one the downtown Niagara hotels.

Overall good experience but with pros and cons

The property overall is good and clean, quiet neighborhood. Cons: The beds are uncomfortable seems like mattress have springs that keep hurting your back! One of the bathrooms with shower door has a very slippery floor once the soap, shampoo is used inside shower the floor gets very slippery .be careful if you have kids or old people it’s risky!

The house its-self was beautiful! Location was convenient. However, I've never stayed in a place that house keeping doesn't check the dishwasher and drier before the next tenant. Showed up at 7pm to a dishwasher full of "clean dishes" that still had food all over them. And their trash was still there. I emailed them to let them know about dishes and trash so I wouldn't get charged. They seemed confused about my complaint. Sure enough when we left we got charged for some of the last tenants garbage.

The property was spacious and comfortable. All 3 bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, as was the kitchen. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the noise from the highway, and the kids weren't able to play in the back yard because the grass was so long. Other than that our stay was lovely.

There was a broken towel hanger in the bathroom, broken vents on the second floor. These people shaved off money from the deposit because i had other family over who lives in canada. I emailed to ask officially what the extra charges were that were taken from deposit and no one replied because they already had the money. Before that it was goid communication up until i paid the deposit. Also to note, this place has cameras installed so they are constantly watching you. I received an email while staying there to adk how many people i had. They want you to take your own garbage out and take it to a landfill to throw it away which is a good 15 mins drive and not to mention you have to drive with bags of trash in your car. This entire experience to me felt like i am some tennant and not a guest. For more peace of mind in getting your full deposit back, i would recommend a hotel instead of this. I am coming back to canada this weekend and i wont be renting from global stay anymore.
