Super bien situé !

Excellent séjour avec cette location très sympathique, proche des commerces pratiques et de la source de Thonon. Avec en plus une place de parking individuelle et le propriétaire très accueillant. Seul bémol, les toilettes à l'étage !

Séjour au Lac Léman

L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Quartier calme, à proximité de tout commerce et de la fontaine d'eau de source de Thonon. Le propriétaire est très réactif et répond rapidement à toutes vos questions. Enfin, l'appartement dispose d'un parking privatif. Si nous revenons dans la région, c'est à cet endroit que nous reviendrons.

Location à prix raisonnable, idéale pour découvrir le lac et les stations de montagne

Appartement très bien situé proche des thermes et des commerces du centre de Thonon, et néanmoins très calme. Propre et bien équipé, seulement un peu juste en couverts. Je recommande !

Situation idéale

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet appartement qui est idéalement situé, à 5 mn à pied du vieux centre, 10 mn du port. La boulangerie et la supérette sont au coin de la rue. Les plages sont à 5 mn en voiture. L'appartement est charmant, bénéficie de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Nous étions 3, c'était parfait. Le propriétaire est très facilement joignable et réactif. Seuls bémols : les toilettes exiguës et le bruit de la rue (nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte car il faisait très chaud).

Excellente Vacances à Thonon

Nous avons beaucoup apprécie le confort de notre location ainsi que sa localisation géographique en centre ville qui permets de visiter Thonon à pied. Cette appartement est très calme et aucun problème pour garer son véhicule. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Signalons aussi la gentillesse de notre hôte.

tout est prévu pour la cuisine et le ménage, le logement est petit pour 5 personnes mais très bien pour 2 ou 3. c'est joli, propre, en centre ville pour les commodités , avec un parking dans la cour .l'accueil est très agréable. je recommande!

location agréable et propriétaire très correct et sérieux

J'ai effectué cette location pour pouvoir réaliser ma cure thermale à Thonon. Cette location est très proche du site de cure et l'équipement général du "meublé" est tout à fait correct. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles car à titre personnel je souffre d'arthrose aux hanches et surtout aux genoux et le fait que les toilettes soient à l'étage avec un escalier très raide m'a posé personnellement problème. Sachant que le propriétaire possède d'autres logements en location sur Thonon je n'hésiterai pas à le recontacter au besoin mais pour une configuration plus adaptée à mon état de santé.

Depuis plusieurs années, nous louons avec satisfaction du studio au deux pièces les appartements sont toujours bien entretenus, harmonie de la décoration , équipement de qualité, et surtout ne pas oublier la convivialité du propriétaire et de ses obligeances . C'est toujours pour notre part un plaisir de réserver un logement sachant que nous n'aurons qu'à déposer nos valises, sans souci. Mh locataires plus de trois semaines par an. ,

Outre un excellent accueil, la location était comme l'expliquait l'annonce avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de merveilleuses vacances dans ce coin magnifique de haute Savoie. les commerces sont à quelques centaine de mètres très bien situé. A retenir dans les favoris.
