"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. Would not hesitate to recommend & hope to come back again."

"Très bel appartement tout était parfait il ne manquait rien et belle vue sur le lac juste un bémol le frigo n’est pas équipé d’un petit congélateur ou même d’un freezer pour les glaçons et les glaces Evian et ses alentours sont vraiment magnifiques. Étant en fauteuil roulant je n’ai pu visiter que superficiellement des belles villes comme Lausanne Montreux Abondance car montagneuses mais très satisfait de notre séjour."

"Rental was as described. We had a rental car and there was ample parking available on the property, behind a remote gate. Be prepared to walk up a straight flight of stairs to the third floor, a converted attic. The rental was clean and bright. Totally met our needs. "

"Idéalement placé dans Thonon cet appartement est très cosy. On s’y est senti très bien. Seul petit bémol le grill pain qui a fait sauté les plombs et qui est peut être un peu vieux et petit et le pommeau de douche qui méritait une bonne retraite et un remplacement. Sinon, tout était au top. Merci pour l’accueil très sympa et les petites attentions à l’arrivée. "

"I had high hopes for this apartment, but my stay was marred by several unacceptable issues, particularly regarding cleanliness and unexpected charges. Upon arrival, the apartment was in a deplorable state. The dishwasher was so dirty that I had to clean it thoroughly before I could even consider using it. Similarly, all the kitchen equipment required a deep clean before I felt comfortable preparing food. For a place that’s supposed to be ready for guests, this level of neglect was shocking and...
