New cozy and cozy chalet, quiet with a magnificent view of the mountain. Ideal for holidays with friends or family. Arranged for 2 to 8 people.
2 steps from ski resorts. from La Clusaz, Grand Bornand and Manigod, near the beaches of Lake Annecy. The jacuzzi will be in operation from May 1st.
The jacuzzi is offered with a supplement of 150 euro per week and a deposit of 500 euros
Kitchen, dining room, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, laundry with washing machine and dryer, garage, local ski bikes, barbecue, terrace.
View on the turn, and the Aravis massif. 2 minutes from downtown and shops. Close to the ski resorts of La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, the Croix Fry. Lake Annecy all water sports.

Schönes HÀuschen mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in dem HĂ€uschen verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und die Betreuung durch Silvain top. Vielen Dank. Einzig meinen wir, dass es etwas zuwenig Platz fĂŒr Kleider und Koffer in den Schlafzimmern gibt. Bei vielen Personen könnte wohl es etwas eng werden. Aber wir zu Zweit hatten genug Platz und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Séjour fantastique dans une belle région

Le chalet est en tous points conformes à la présentation. Confortable, décoré avec soin et du goût, on s'y sent immédiatement à son aise. L'équipement est trÚs complet. L'accueil est sympathique et les propriétaires sont véritablement disponible tout au long du séjour pour prodiquer des trÚs bons conseils pour visiter la magnifique région (les stations de ski sont à quelques minutes). Petit plus trÚs apprécié : la possibilité de commander des viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous reviendrons !!

Chalet oĂč il fait bon vivre

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre semaine Ă  ThĂŽnes. Le logement Ă©tait conforme aux photos, on se sentait tout de suite comme Ă  la maison. Mention spĂ©ciale pour le jacuzzi extĂ©rieur qui nous a bien servis aprĂšs nos grosses journĂ©es sportives. En revanche, le fait de disposer d'une voiture Ă©tait primordial. En effet, la navette ne passait pas par le chalet Ă  cause de la fermeture des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques. Cela peut s'avĂ©rer trĂšs gĂȘnant si on a dĂ©cidĂ© de partir exclusivement en train. Nous recommandons ce chalet et ses hĂŽtes, qui ont su se rendre disponibles Ă  l'Ă©coute.

Great chalet

Lovely getaway. Great view from the terrace, chalet is very well equipped. Hot tub was great but an expensive add on. Wish we had known the extra cost per person for sheets before we had departed for our trip. With only 2 of us staying there and using only 1 bed this seems very expensive. All in all a great stay but a bit of a headache with payment and needing to pay for all the add ons with cash.

Le chalet est trÚs agréable et trÚs bien équipé, trÚs propre et confortable. La vue de la terrasse est trÚs belle . Le barbecue parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons pris l'option jacuzzi ce qui a été un vrai plaisir (mais un peu cher selon moi cela devrait etre comprise dans le prix de la location, un parasol aurait été le bienvenu en sus car il est vraiment en plein soleil et il faut faire attention à la qualité de l'eau). La literie est bonne. Location à recommander

De l’accueil de Sylvain qui a tout fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien jusqu’a notre dĂ©part, nous avons profitĂ© du confort de ce chalet trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, neuf , et nous offrant une vue magnifique. Le choix de venir skier sur Manigod et le col de La Croix Fry s’est avĂ©rĂ© trĂšs opportun, nous avons profitĂ© de ce domaine de La Clusaz sans les contraintes de cette grande station, tout est regroupĂ© dans un espace familial. Nous ne pouvons que recommander sans retenue le chalet de Delphine et Sylvain.

Chalet spacieux, bien équipé. Bonne localisation.

Chalet neuf assez spacieux avec Ă©normĂ©ment d'Ă©quipement. Notamment pour bĂ©bĂ© (chaise haute, lit, bain, tapis mousse pour langer bĂ©bĂ©). Peut accueillir bcp de monde autour de la grande table Ă  manger. Chouette localisation, belle vue, proximitĂ© des magasins, des pistes de ski et promenades de Manigod. Par contre le chalet n'est pas bien isolĂ© car des zones de froid autour des portes et fenĂȘtres. Vous payez un forfait pour les charges auquel vous devrez ajouter un montant en fonction de votre consommation (et ça monte assez vite). On entend fort ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres. Pas facile pour le bĂ©bĂ©. Petit cĂŽtĂ© nĂ©gatif au dĂ©part, vous avez le choix entre faire le mĂ©nage vous mĂȘme ou payer pour qu'il soit fait mais malgrĂ© le payement il faudra nettoyer en partie. Ce qui est comprĂ©hensible. Par contre, si vous oubliez quelque chose vous devrez payer un supplĂ©ment ou le faire directement. Remarque pas trĂšs sympathique de la propriĂ©taire. MalgrĂ© ça nous avons passĂ© un chouette sĂ©jour en famille.

Beautiful located, very comfortable and well equiped chalet

We loved our stay in this well equiped and comfortable chalet. We stayed during one week and enjoyed swimming in Lake Annecy, hiking and biking in the mountains, having this chalet as our home. We loved the mornings and evenings on the terrace with view on the mountains. The only thing that was not clear from the website was additional costs (for cleaning, bed linen and electricity), at least on the Dutch site. But still, perfect house on a perfect location.
