"Was perfect for relaxation "

"The room was clean, comfy and cool. The view was amazing, had a view of the pool, ocean and the landscape from my bed. It was simply amazing. The staff, I must shout out our guest service attendant Holly, she was simply divine. (Pun intended). She ensured we knew all our benefits, her warm personality made the stay just that extra nice, she is the best!!!! The food was great, hot food were hot and cold food cold, many other hotels we have been to struggle to keep the temperature of the buffet food. My only issue was with the labelling of food being misplaced or not sufficient with information, especially for persons with strict diet, however the staff are kind enough to point out what each dish is if asked. The beach is not what it use to be years ago, but it's still a nice place to swim and the water is clear enough. There is also underground rivers running into the ocean so you will if lucky feel those nice cold spots. Room service was really good and the meal options great... All in all the experience was excellent and the staff at this resort are wonderful and friendly."

"We had an excellent 4 days stay in the Hotel. The only negative thing was the beach, too low, not a good beach. Sunset beach is good for relaxing and take beautiful pics, but the beach itself is horrible, unable to get in or swim. The staff super friendly and professional. "
