The staff was very sweet and helpful. Upon check-in, we were given dining options close by, which was very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good sausage eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles, coffee, and juice. The room smelled musty. In order to close the bathroom door to go to the bathroom you had to stand in the shower. The hairdryer looks like it had been left. On way too long because the cord was melted. There was rust on several of the picture frames. There was black mold, growing behind the bed. This property definitely needs some serious updating.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel could use some updating. Room and carpet were dirty with a musty odor. There was some sort of night club situation across the parking lot. Ok for quick 1 night stay during travel but certainly not ideal.

Ok if you are not too picky.

It is an old hotel with no elevator contrary to what you had posted on your website. We are seniors and my husband has a hard time with the stairs. The front desk was very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom in room 224 is interesting... If you want to use the toilet and close the door, you need to step into the step in shower otherwise you can't close the door... otherwise the shower was nice. The toilet paper feels like sand paper but in all it was an ok stay. The breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, apple juice, apples, yogurt, two cereals, milk, waffles, little muffins and bread.... good for a day start.

I had 3 different rooms to get away from the BUGS. Don't stay here, they were indifferent and when I said I should be given some sort of a discount for the aggravation, I was told, " I doubt that will happen " I travel a lot for work but I will NEVER stay there again.

If you just need a place to lay your head for a night it’s fine. Not somewhere you’d want to be cozy at. Towels need to be replaced, carpet definitely does not get vacuumed regularly, mirror fell off the wall and maintenance was off for the day (there was a hole behind the mirror) and tv went out and had to be reprogrammed. Definitely would not stay again.

The room we were issued was not clean. A used qtip was left on the nightstand. A hole was punched in the bathroom door. We did not sleep in the dirty bed...drove home the same night.

The bed linens were clean and the shower area was ok. However, there was dirt and grime in every conner. the walls in the room were dirty and the furniture in the room looked as if it was broken and reassembled. Also, the bed covers were badly stained. Had this not been graduation weekend at FSU and hotel space sold out we probably would have tried to move to another hotel. On the plus side, we did not see any bed bugs.

I reserved a suite and specified in my reservation that it was for 3 adults and one child(teenager). We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa sleeper but there was only 1 queen bed and the sofa sleeper. The sofa didn’t have any linen and we couldn’t get any from house keeping. I was not pleased.

Did not realize my reservation was for a smoking room, you can imagine the smell. Sheets had cigarette burns but at 2am and being the only room available, not much to do. Did not come back for the second night even when was already paid for.

Dirty towels, wet carpet, smelled terrible, humidity stains on ceilings, shower drain conducive to flooding. General state of disrepair. Keycards stopped working. When confronted, receptionist’s reply was: “This is a workers’ hotel”. Had to be pressured before they would give us a better room. Poor customer service. Very disappointing. Property had nothing to do with what was advertised.
