Mimosa Stay Cottage - Thomasville Close to all the Charm

Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 1 mile from the best shopping & dining in downtown Thomasville. The home has an open floor plan so everyone can entertain and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances & a Drip coffee maker, and well appointed dining area. The living room has ample seating with a WiFi enabled flat screen. After a night out on the town, rest your head in the King or Queen, or bunk room. All bedrooms are equipped with their own WiFi-enabled flat screens. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen.

Step outside to a private, fenced-in backyard where you can fire up the propane grill, relax in outdoor seating by the propane firepit, and let kids and approved pups play safely. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after exploring town or enjoying a night out.

*Please note: to maintain affordable pricing, there will be an additional occupancy fee of $25 per person for more than 4 people. Please message us if you have any questions!

**We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval.

*** This is a smoke-free home. Any form of smoking inside the property — including cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances — WILL RESULT in an additional minimum cleaning fee of  $250.
