Stayed with my mother who is suffering from memory issues. She tried to interact asking the same questions over and over and the staff was so gracious. The staff was so kind offering extra blankets as she said she gets cold.

Wonderful stay

Everything was great the room was clean except for the table between the beds it’s attached to the wall but it’s broke or something because it’s leaning down. I only noticed because my cell phone slid to the floor numerous times (I asked that they wait until I check out to look at, I prefer that no one enters the room until I check out and one of the beds was missing a pillow case.when I checked into the room. Staff was really friendly and nice.

Pleasant Family Stay

The young woman who checked us in & worked that night at the front desk was amazing. Very pleasant, friendly & courteous. She was exceptional & always had a smile and good attitude. Hated that the pool was “out of order,” as we always enjoy cooling off and swimming on our yearly visit.

The hotel itself is super clean and new. We got the king size suite, which was more than enough room. We brought our dog since Expedia advertised it as pet friendly, but they only allow service dogs. Thankfully, the staff was willing to allow our pup to stay for the price of the “pet policy violation” charge.

Friendly staff, room not cleaned…. There was drinks in fridge from previous guest, tub had hair in it, carpet had my white socks filthy from walking on a couple of times, lastly there were no bath towels available on last day. We called down for some and was told there weren’t any clean.

Filthy Hotel Room

Once we arrived after a 3 hour drive at 1:45AM (CST) in the morning, the room we had was not clean. The sinks were full of toothpaste and pubic hair. I had to go to the front desk at 2:00 in the morning and ask for cleaning supplies before we could get settled and clean the bathroom as best as I could. The floors and tub was full of hair as if the room was never cleaned. The floor was dirty, un-vacuumed, with food and chips on the floor. We found toenail clippings in my kids beds, that led me to believe the sheets were not even changed. After waking up that morning around 7:00AM (CST) we went to ask for towels and washcloths, we were told by the front desk they didn’t have anything washed and cleaned. We came for a funeral and this is what we had to deal with. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was not like this. The breakfast was good as always, the cleanliness of the hotel and room were definitely filthy. I notified the front desk of how disappointed I was of my stay. I was told that the housekeeping supervisor would be notified. Our room was also stuck at 75 degrees which was really hot for us.

Nice stay

Nice staff upon checkin. Breakfast was good. The nightstand in the room was broken and a couple of outlets in the room didn’t work but other than that, the beds were cozy and it was clean!! The pool was closed which was a bummer.

The microwave didn’t work. The small refrigerator was iced up and would not cool. There were no cups in the room. Had to ask for everything. A new hotel that was lacking in services. I never would recommend this hotel. In fact I doubt I will ever stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
