They need to remodel they rooms and get all of them rooms sprayed for bedbugs

The check in was a bit disorganized.

Apparently, there was a family emergency and the owner had to leave the check-in desk in the inexperienced hands of someone new to the job. Other than some confusion over not having a record of my prepaid reservation through Hotels.com everything went okay.
