"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. "I stayed in a comfortable and spacious Deluxe Room, with a peaceful and pleasant ambience that was perfect for relaxing both mind and body. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. I had opted for the AP plan (All meals included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was rich in flavour, generously portioned, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully served, making dining a real highlight of the stay. The lavatory was relatively very small, and room cleanliness has to be improved. Other than this, the overall stay was truly excellent. "
