"Great location and practical hotel "

"The pool was clean and the sauna in a barrel outside was awesome. Relaxing stay, family friendly including the restaurant and just an hour away from Val Thorens or Maribel with pricing that’s extremely reasonable compared to being on the mountain. "

"Parking is at a neighbor hotel/public lot. Narrow spaces and narrow entry. Only option if driving. Staff, hotel and location is excellent. Park once and walk to everything."

"Clean and spacious "

"This place is a scam! The staff told us breakfast was included and then charged us $85. When I spoke with the manager she said she couldn't confirm what her staff said so there is nothing she could do. The pictures of the pool and spa online are completely misleading. It is gross. We walked in and walked right back out. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"I didn’t notice on my booking confirmation that building work was being carried out. If I had, I would have cancelled my booking. Our bedroom which was new was lovely but there was just a lot of plaster dust about due to the ongoing works. And it would be impossible to have a sleep beyond 9am due to the building works. The breakfast was very nice but there only were fruit or green tea. No breakfast tea. The room had an nepresso machine with a few capsules but no milk or coffee cups. Would recommend this hotel post building works but bring a kettle, tea, cups and milk. "
