"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins. "We stayed at this hotel last March and had a wonderful experience. It’s truly a five star hotel. Located in the Opera district, the hotel feels like an extension of Paris’s grand opera culture, with beautiful décor and an elegant atmosphere throughout. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of delicious options each morning. From the exceptional service to the stunning design, every detail made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return."

"Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over"

"The staff were remarkable and extremely accommodating! We had left our passports in the room safe and they were very helpful in keeping them safe until we had them picked up. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and even getting us ice from the nearby restaurant. We enjoyed our little terrace on the bottom floor and the breakfast was excellent as was the service for breakfast. We found the area was perfect for getting around by transit and enjoyed the restaurants close by. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone and hope to be back soon."

"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). They even helped carry our very heavy luggage all the way to & from our room on the top floor (after taking the elevator to the fifth floor, there is still an additional winding staircase, & they handled it without hesitation). Our room was impeccably clean. While it wasn’t large, the hotel’s thoughtful attention to detail more than made up for the size. The L’Occitane toiletries immediately added a touch of luxury & made us feel pampered! The bathtub was wonderfully spacious, the shower had excellent water pressure, & there were plenty of hooks & shelves for towels and toiletry bags, also a heated towel rack. The room itself was equally thoughtful. Individual reading lights above the beds allowed me to read comfortably while my daughter slept. Throughout our stay, we noticed countless little touches that showed how carefully the hotel has been designed with guests' comfort in mind. Combined with its fantastic Montemartre location, this hotel was a highlight of our trip! Nice air conditioning too!"
