"The first room we had, the AC didn't work. We didn't use the blankets we were so hot. But we got in pretty late to begin with. I inquired about the AC the next morning. Turned out, it wasn't working. They did move us to a different room. Then in that room, the TV didn’t work. They did move the TV from our original room to the new room (my dad needs his sports). All in all it was a decent room. However the last day of our stay, the outlets stopped working? The ones on the side of the window, they were very loose. Could probably use some more updates but all in all the staff was great! Very helpful! It was clean. Bed comfortable enough, pillows were nice and big. For being close to times square, i felt like it was a very decent hotel for the price we got it for, being budget friendly with a private bathroom."
