"Absolutely stunning location on Keuka Lake. Host was communicative & entry to property easy. Host made us aware of steep steps leading to cottage & was on listing as well. Most definitely the cottage is not handicapped accessible & Morgan was clear about disclosing. The disappointment began when we entered the cottage regarding its cleanliness. The sofa & chairs were extremely dirty. Nothing a good professional steam cleaner can tackle along with floors & carpet. The bathroom tub/shower were black. Again, nothing a good scrubbing will work. Towels & linens should be replaced as they are worn & should be refreshed (smell) before guests arrive. Definitely exterior maintenance is needed…chipping paint, dirty windows & door screens that have seen better days, one with a hole. I understand, being a lake cottage homeowner myself, that being on the water has its challenges. However, basic cleanliness & a welcoming environment for your guests is non negotiable. With some regular maintenance & upkeep, this can be a true gem."

"This property was super clean and well appointed. Top notch everything. Kitchen well stocked. Property great for walking dogs around. It was perfect for our stay with our adult children and we especially loved that the master bedroom was separated from where the other bedrooms were . Used sauna and fire pit . Lovely stay."

"The cabin was great. Bedrooms well kept and neat. Sleeps a lot of guests with the bedrooms, bunks and couches. One minor addition with that many people would be a small indoor washroom. I would recommend this cabin and vendor very high. God Bless and thank you"
