"Great location. Very unique house. We loved the side deck and game nights in the enclosed porch. Everything was included! Didn’t really need to bring anything but spices and food and yes we brought a knife sharpener thanks to other reviewers suggestion. Too hot to sleep in the boat house- no a/c but very cool area to hang in during the day. Beautiful dock and easy walk in access into the very clean lake! Management reached out to make sure everything was going well We loved our stay!! "

"I gave this property a five , because it was certainly way better than a four. It is clean and perfect and in great condition. A couple of things that bothered me were. I got a teaser note offering late check out , but in the fine print there was a charge. The management company trying to up sell me . Two the water has a supper smell to it they need to fix that it is a strong odor. I would stay here again ."
"Overall, we LOVED our stay. The wagon was much larger than we expected and the area felt so quiet and secluded yet so safe. The wagon was so clean and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. I was nervous about the bathroom/shower until we got there. It had great water pressure and temperature. Our host was AWESOME. He replied to all our messages so fast and even had a s’mores bar prepared for us in the wagon. I have never been to this part of NY and was here for work and honestly didn’t have much interest in the area until now. We will definitely come back. It was so stunning and the location of the wagon was so ideal and close to everything. Thanks so much for an awesome visit! "
