They have signs that they are undergoing renovation but outside of seeing things that need to be addressed (e.g., bathroom ceiling caving in, visible water damage, walls that need patching, items falling off of the wall, mechanical items in what should be the breakfast area) we did not see any active renovation. Overall, the building didn't feel, appear or smell clean. We purchased towels and pillows from a nearby Walmart to take a shower and sleep. The smell was a combination of a pet store, smoke and dryer sheets. "
