"Despite platinum Expedia status, no room upgrade was offered at check-in and when I asked we were told no other rooms were available even though the couple in line behind us at reception were offered several alternatives. However, after mentioning this in a Hilton review we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was very kind of the hotel management and greatly appreciated by us."

"We had a wonderful stay. The yard is very private, and the large parking area was great. The firepit was big enough for the ten of us to sit around with plenty of firewood provided. We also enjoyed the hot tub (nice touch with robes, towels, flip flops included) and playing cornhole. The house was very spacious. We especially liked the dining room where we could all be seated for family meals. The house is filled with amazing local artwork. We loved the collection of kaleidoscopes. Valerie, the host, was extremely warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend this property. "
