Don Ruben was great with the car valet. ** The huge problem I had and would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay her is to check availability on the rooftop and Bar as these were booked for events during my stay and didn't get to enjoy ** It was disappointing because it was a highlight that made me want to stay here. Apparently these areas do not belong to the hotel. I asked for a discount and was ignored. other than that is a good place to stay. "

"It was just okay. Even though I speak Spanish, and it seemed that the staff spoke no English they never explained what was included in the breakfast so I ordered extra, which was not very good. The coffee was very weak. They also insisted that I could not check in earlier than 3 PM however today when I was checking out or left the hotel at 10 AM and I had to go back at 11 AM. The room is already clean and available so why would they not or force me or anyone to wait for extra hours?"
