"Room was fine. Frustrated as we booked this hotel due to indoor pool. Well pool was closed due to repainting. Wish this info would have been advised as I would have cxl and stayed somewhere else. "

"We enjoyed our short stay (just overnight), breakfast was good and room was nice. The only issue we had was when we got there to check in about 9:15pm there was already 2 people standing there waiting to check in. But no one was at the desk and one of the people tried calling the posted number and no answer. We waited about 10-15 minutes before Connie showed up. She was sorry for making us wait, that she was doing laundry.. She was nice and friendly. This clearly was a staffing issue and the hotel was 100% full. Not Connie's problem but a management issue. If you know you are going to have a full house maybe have the day crew worry about the laundry not the only person trying to manage a full hotel."
