"Fantastic room with lots of space, hotel is so well connected for travelling around the city. Excellent breakfast buffet and we enjoyed a drink in the bar each evening. Be aware that it is very close to a train station and you do get noise as a result, but the pros of being able to move so easily around the city far outweighed any noise for us. They even provided ear plugs and we slept really well so it’s not a complaint at all, just something to be aware of. Staff were so helpful with every enquiry, and they have a great scheme where for every day you don’t need housekeeping, you get a drinks voucher. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Pros: The room was very very basic but very clean , so it suits someone not planning on spending much time in the room , location is good for the west side attractions, 15-20 minutes walk. Cons: The room gets quite warm and I needed the small fan on all night and being so close to a train line you need ear plugs"

"We stayed here for five days. This is a very nice hotel, high-end, with staff who are used to taking care of their guest's wishes. The room inside was very nice, with a few exceptions. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and it was a large room with a separate closet, water closet, and bath area. The in-room amenities were very nice (robes, slippers, chocolate, turn-down service); however, we did experience a few setbacks. First, the shower did not drain well. We mentioned this on our first day, and they didn't seem to get it fixed. Also, there aren't any plugs that are near the bed that you can access without pulling the bedside table away from the wall. Because my husband and I both use CPAP machines, this was quite cumbersome. Also, the location of our room was very far from the front of the hotel. The layout of this hotel is very odd, where you must walk long distances to get from your room to areas such as the sauna. We also noticed some housekeeping items that were surprising, such as cobwebs on light fixtures and trash/room service items staying in the hallway for extended periods of time. For a hotel of this caliber, I would not expect this. We had a great experience overall, especially our evening drinks from the bar. The location was wonderful, and we would stay again, but there are just a few items they might want to tighten up."
