"This is the best place tp stay. Teresa and Daniel are the most gracious host. The room was so pretty and very comfortable. We loved the shower. The dock was a good feature to have, also. Had not been fishing in a couple of years and did catch a few. Would recommend the Lullaby B&B. And the breakfast was to die for. Yum, yum."

"Quite location right on the water that for our 24 foot pontoon. Very easy access to the scallop grounds, close to crumps and shopping. "

"This place is amazing. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat to take you to the island so you get a lovely boat ride included. We have stayed at many VRBO places and this place was amazing. The fridge was packed with food, drinks, juice. The dinner they provided was delicious. Many coffee choices and snacks. Had a fire near the river to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay here again."

"We are long time home rental customers and recent Vrbo customers. The location and room configuration of this home were accurate. The house was clean and comfortable. However, this home had very limited supplies (such as toilet paper) and had no internet/cable connection when we arrived with plans to watch the holiday football games. The repair people (who arrived two days after our booked time) said the connections were corroded and replaced them. The stove top "popped" when we were using it normally. The outdoor bathroom door lock literally disintegrated when the key was used to unlock it. The outdoor furniture cushions were dirty and needed to be cleaned off before use. So to sum, the house was very comfortable and in a great location for boating. The supplies were sparse. If you want cable and internet connection (as expected) be sure to ask/check before you book. "
