"The property was very clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The suite was comfy and well decorated. The kitchenette area had everything you need to whip up a quick meal . The daily breakfast was fresh with a variety of options . "

"The lady that was working most afternoons after 4:00pm (Wednesday in particular) is not customer friendly. Actually, she is rude. All other staff were great and the rest of the experiences were just fine. "

"There were no forks at breakfast on both days we stayed there, and the toaster was broken. When I asked, I was informed that they got slammed with reservations and didn't have any. The breakfast setup was very tight for such a large hotel. Also, the pool was closed, which was disappointing and not noted anywhere. There are so many hotels in the Parsippany area, so I will not be staying here again. "

"I stayed there for five days for sleep purposes only but the quality was still lacking. The rooms are not as pictured, had a fridge and microwave but no iron, hair dryer, or hangers. When asked for an iron they said they don't have any. The bathroom smelled bad. The linens were dirty and since when do they not make the beds for you when they come take trash out and such. The air conditioner was sooo loud when it comes on. Continental breakfast is non existent. Overall I wouldn't say here again even just to sleep at night. "

"This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids ages 16 and 5. We were very comfortable in the room. The beds were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything you needed for an extended stay. The full size fridge with freezer and ice maker was really useful. The pool and hot tub were well kept and extremely fun. We enjoyed them everyday of our stay. Plus the pool wasnt freezing cold, it was a comfortable warm. The stand out at this hotel is the breakfast and service. We recently stayed at 2 other hotels, an embassy suites in maryland and and a hilton garden inn in camden and this hotel blows their breakfast out of the water! They had cocunut shaving, almond slivers and chocolate chips for the waffle toppings. In addition, they had a breakfast taco bar with all the fixings (jalapeños, shredded cheese, sour cream, etc.) Chicken sausages, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, turkey and pork sausages, etc. Belkis, head of the kitchen and breakfast service was phenomenal!!! As soon as the coffee ran dry she had another full pot ready and out so there was no wait. She was extremely accomodating and helped with everything we needed. I wish every hotel we had been to had a Belkis working there! Also, I would lile the mention the manager Allison, she was very helpful and friendly. She made sure we recieved the extra pillows quickly and had a smile on her face everytime I saw her! This is now our go to hotel for visiting family in the area!"
