"We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again "

"Enough space for 4 to enjoy the whole apartment easily. There is space to sleep 6 but using the living room, dining room etc might have been a bit more of a squeeze. Spacious compared to other places we stayed. Nice decor, clean and tidy throughout. House is opposite a pub, you can hear voices from the front bedroom but the night we stayed is was not overly loud or raucous. There are nice coffee shops and cafes in walking distance. Car parking space in the front yard available prociving of street parking. Overall a good stay. "

"Our stay was not what we had hoped. The property was moist and smelt very bad of damp. The shower did not work during our stay either. We were unable to stay and had to make our own arrangements as host and stay did not offer alternative accomodation or partial refund . ororefund. "
