"This was a good, hotel in a great district with some very nice amenities. The staff are lovely and the shuttle is fantastic. I didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t speak to this. The rooms are not as luxury boutique as I was expecting but they were certainly comfortable, just a bit in need of renovation- at least in the section of the hotel in which I was placed. Beds were truly comfy. Coffee in hallways was nice for the morning! "

"The property was under repair Staff was efficient and courteous Staff had to deal with many customers at the same time Hotel room was adequate, we stayed one night prior to our cruise I liked the efficient transport to and from airport and cruise port "

"Great location. Just around the corner from Bourbon Street. Within walking distance to everything. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only negative, there were not enough luggage carts and only one bell man. We had to wait a little bit for valet to bring our car back around. If I would have known the parking garage was just a block up, I would have unloaded our luggage at the entrance and left it to be stored, drove it around the block and paid $25 for parking instead of paying valet $55 ( after taxes) to do it for me."

"We had a great stay but certaily very simple efforts can go a long way. The Bed choive and frames they have used is not par with the quality of the amenities. Rooms are lacking furniture and hangers for drying clothes. The Ac units are also super loud and can be upgraded no doubt! Did we have fun sure we did but tgis place could be 100 times better "

"Rooms were quiet and spotlessly clean. Unit missing hand soap in guest washroom and only provided 6 pool towels instead of 8. Definitely NOT enough working elevators for a resort of that size. Competition for poolside loungers first thing in the morning and 80% of sun umbrellas were missing the piin to hold them open. Water park enjoyable, arcade and mini-golf were fun for the younger children. If we booked again, we would specify room on first or second floor and nearer the pool area."
