"Very bad experience, we stayed with our kids at this hotel and there was smell of marijuana for 2 days and night time too. We called the front desk to advice them and they said “they would send security” and we have yet to receive our deposit back."

"The furniture in the rooms are so beat up, walls are marked up. Absolutely everything cost extra, they advertise mini golf and the flow rider but upcharge ridiculous prices. It did not feel safe, many fights and police were there multiple times. The water was very cold at the pools and people sitting on the ground all over because there is not enough seating. "

"Friendly and helpful staff and great beach, but won’t be staying here again. Room wasn’t ready until more than an hour after check-in, trash left in hallways for at least two days, balcony door didn’t lock (and, on the 2nd floor, was accessible from other rooms), previous occupant’s dirty towels left in room, unidentified crust smeared down wall beside bed, very noisy hallways. Food at cantina wasn’t good; I ordered the $20 caesar salad with chicken from the menu and waited 30 min because they couldn’t find caesar dressing. When I learned this and told them ranch was okay, they finally brought me a bowl of brown, shredded (taco) lettuce with no chicken. Generally disappointing and failed to meet several basic standards."

"No towels in the room. Blood on pillow cases, hair left in tub. Gave pictures to front desk and have waited for a call from management and still haven’t heard anything. "
