"This boutique hotel has an ideal location around 10 minutos from the parks. The room was spacious and clean. The mini water park and lazy river were amazing, perfect for the kids"

"The room was immaculately clean. The furniture is newer with no stains or tears. The water pressure is good and the hot water doesn't run out. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. We had a smaller room, so there was only one nightstand which I didn't like. The TV in the living room was off-center from the couch because of the kitchenette so that made watching it awkward. The balcony was screened in with a table and four chairs which was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised the bathroom had a deep jacuzzi tub. "

"This hotel has really stepped it up in terms of service and friendly staff. However, the hotel rooms and pool need updating. "

"Practically no information provided at check-in. Did not get the free shuttle service as we were not informed you had to book and reserve a seat a minimum of 48 hours in advance. All the common spaces and elevator were filthy. Took two days to get fresh towels to shower. Food was lukewarm at best. pool was great though."
