"We enjoyed some time at the beach, in the pool and at one of the bars. We also enjoyed our breakfast that we had delivered to our room on our last day. Only thing that went wrong is when we had not power or hot water in our original room but we were upgraded to another building where our room had AC, power, and hot water."

"Avoid staying at Universal resorts if possible. Stay at Disney resorts... the staff at Disney is 100 times more friendly than the staff at Universal.."

"Everything was perfect from the location right on the strip and across from the beach, the decor and vibe, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and a perfect size for my daughter and I. We knew to call for our car early, so never had any problems with the valet service (anywhere from 15-30 minutes). You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily also. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!"
