"Hotel was immaculate, room service was top notch, and the entire staff was courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay here again the next time I return to D.C. The hotel is very centrally located and easy to get to sites and the a million restaurants. The pool looked lovely, but the only unfortunate thing was that it doesn't open until May 1st for we couldn't use the pool---but it looked great!"

"Terrible service by the front desk lady and the manager!!!!!! Wrong charges on smoke detectors by $250 … scamming people who stayed there by saying your room smoke detector activated and you have to pay $250 . We were not in the room that time and we have to get video proof from the restaurant where we had dinner on that time and waste our whole last day in the trip !!!! Stay where ever you want other than this scamming resort who don’t have 1% of Hospitality understanding how to take care the precious costumers who give them the business!!!!! Worst stay ever!!!!!!!!!"

"the room was clean upon entering. staff was attentive and friendly. if you do park there be prepared to walk just a little bit from the parking lot to the hotel which is across the street. the room itself was much smaller in the picture but i didn’t mind since i was solo traveling. also the pillows that they have are the most comfortable pillows i have ever slept on. "

"Modern hotel with more than enough amenities for everyone. We arrived early and even though our room was not ready we were able to use the pool while we we waited. Only problem was without a room key we were stuck in the lazy river area because you need a keycard to exit in order to use rest rooms or access the bar area. We had to go all the way at around the hotel on the outside in order to get back into the hotel. That was only a temporary problem until we had our room key. Loved having a full kitchen and laundry machine inside our room. Would love to stay again. "

"Yes. Pool and slides were great for the price of the resort fee. The restaurant Valencia was unbearably slow. Plan to lose 2 hours there for a meal. The hallways were filthy (we were instructed to leave our trash in the hall. There was old trash debris scattered throughout the entirety of the hallway. It was never vacuumed the entire time we were there. The floors in the room were sticky. The spaces were ample and suitable for a large family. The main problem was the elevator. Just one small slow elevator for the entire tower. Even housekeeping had to use it. Our son uses a wheelchair so stairs weren’t an option. You might spend 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the elevator if its peak time. Resort fee doesn’t cover the surf machine. Thats was 35$ per session. A lot of things are extra $$. The nightly room rate is cheap but parking is expensive if you have more than one vehicle. Over all id say the value is fine. You get what you pay for but not much else."
